Google Trends Today is my mashup of Google Trends. My mashup is an RSS feed/webpage/email that is updated periodically throughout the day to give myself an idea of what the current most popular search terms are according to Google.
The Thirty Day Challenge introduced an interesting keyword research technique dubbed "GTrends". Originally you needed to analyze every keyword separately, which was very slow. Now there's an automated tool that does it much faster.
Using IceRocket Blog Trends and Google Trends together allows you to visualize the supply and demand of your keywords.

I’m currently working on an international pay per click campaign for a startup. I turn to Google Trends to get an idea of the search volume in different countries. I don’t take these numbers as 100% correct, but I assume they are in the ballpark. Well, its not in the ballpark, its not even on the same planet. Google Trends, a service introduced by Google Labs, is a tool that reflects the popularity of a search term. The results that show up reflect data collected from the beginning of 2004 till date.
